The repair process is the injection of special resin into the damage on the windshield. The success rate of the repair differs with each damage. In some cases, the attempt to repair a windshield can result in the chip spreading past the point of repair. We cannot be responsible for such damages. Repairs are NOT considered cosmetic and may leave a visible mark. While they can improve a windshield’s appearance, they are primarily to keep the damage from spreading larger.

THIS WARRANTY EXPIRES WITH THE CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP OF THE IDENTIFIED VEHICLE, WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• USED GLASS, CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GLASS OR LABOR ONLY JOBS
• PLASTIC PARTS/PIECES/COVERS ON VEHICLES 10 YEARS OLD OR OLDER
• SIDE PILLARS ON CERTAIN VEHICLE (FLEX, EXPLORER, EDGE, MINI COOPER, ETC.)

Important! We recommend the following precautions to ensure against damage to the windshield or leakage”

• No automatic car washes for 24 hours. (i.e. hight pressure car washing, power washers. Rain will not hurt it).
• Do not slam the car doors for 24 hours to avoid an air concussion.
• Special tape may have been used to secure your windshield molding while the adhesive cures. Remove this tape 24 hours after installation. If you hear a buzzing sound, it could be the tape.
